Our roots trace back centuries to a small island province in Korea, where Hanega–107's parent company–was founded. As one of Korea’s oldest and largest aged vinegar breweries, Hanega’s artisans have long perfected proprietary fermentation techniques, preserving secret recipes passed down for generations. Today, we harness this heritage to craft our skincare products.
AGED VINEGAR
Hanega’s aged vinegars and fermented extracts support both gut and skin wellness, forming the foundation of 107’s skincare. INNOVATION
After years-long research of fermentation science, we also discovered the meticulous, multi-year fermentation process of our aged vinegars helped break down other beneficial raw ingredients into smaller, more absorbable molecules and actives for skincare applications as well. By utilizing our proprietary multi-year aged vinegar to ferment proven skincare ingredients, we were able to enhance the effectiveness and absorption of various actives for use in topical skincare formulations.
