Domestic Shipping Policy

COVID update offers approximately 1-5 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to COVID-19, orders may experience delays.

Shipment processing time 
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* FedEx Standard, USPS First Class or USPS Priority used for all shipments within the continental U.S. USPS Priority and USPS First Class used for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST Monday-Friday to start processing on the same day.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses ships to addresses within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours of completing an order and payment. However, if orders are placed in the late afternoon on Fridays or on the weekends, it may take more than 24 hours for the tracking number(s) to become active.

Cancel an order
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us at with the subject "Cancel My Order" and your order number. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs!

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any items we have cancelled. If you are interested in placing a new order or have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us at

Damaged items or missing packages
If you received a damaged item, please save the received merchandise along with the original shipping package and send us an email at with your order number and contact phone number. We will provide you instructions for returning the damaged product to us. After we inspect and confirm that the product is damaged, we will ship you a replacement for the damaged product. Please note shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If you have not received your package or are missing your package, please ask your family members, or check with your neighbors. Sometimes a package may be displaced accidentally, so checking surrounding areas would be the best first step. If you still cannot locate your package, please email us at, and we will inquire with FedEx or USPS to trace the package. It may take a few days, but we will try our best to find your package!

International Shipping Policy

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside the United States for orders placed on For international delivery, our products can also be purchased at our official global distribution partners, Bemused and Slowrecipe. 


Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your 107 purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we do accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be new or gently used*. It must also be in the original packaging, and we cannot accept nearly empty containers or containers with content that is not from the original product. Please note that only items purchased on may be accepted for return, and sale items cannot be refunded.

*For 5-pack sheet mask, only unopened box(es) are eligible for return.
*All vinegar products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

To initiate a return request, please email us at with your order number, and we will assist you with a return authorization, detailed instructions and mailing information. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly handle your return without the completed return authorization and the correct return address.

Once we receive your returned item(s), it will be inspected by our returns department. You will be notified on the status of your refund after we complete inspection of the item(s). If your return is approved, we will notify you and initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You should receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note shipping charges are nonrefundable.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item(s). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For your protection and for prompt processing of the return, we recommend that your return is sent via FedEx or USPS using the shipping label provided via email.

Late or missing refunds
